I agree. Find something better to do with your time than send me useless junk that I don't want to read nor am I likely to reply to. If you want me to respond, take you opinion from this and flip it. I do like to hear from friends, but only if it is real mail. I don't want to read "lame quizes" that, yes, you should stop filling out.
