I fear that The Office is becoming the new generation of Friends.
- Stay tuned for a very special baby episode of The Office. Then what? Does the show turn in to a series of episodes about how they deal with the baby until one day next season the kid is 5 years old and we aren't supposed to notice, but it was the only way to keep the kid in the episodes without having to explain why there isn't a baby around all the time? (On friends it was convenient because the kid was owned by a pair of lesbian parents who were not central characters of the show).
- Stay tuned for a very special wedding episode of The Office. Then what? Now that their married, Pam and Jim are no longer that interesting. So now I have to hope that the Dwight/Angela deal gets interesting and doesn't continue along it's comically unrealistic way those two deal with relationships?
