iPad Question for At&t

Every time you get a new phone from any wireless provider they charge you a set up fee, so today my curiosity has gotten me thinking about the iPad.  Since they are offering no contract pricing on the 3G model, are they going to charge you that set up fee every time that you turn the service on?  Say you only need it for the month because you are traveling and regularly you have access to wifi.  Would you pay the set up fee?  Then at the end of the month you disconnect it and 2 months later you turn it on again?  How often are they going to charge that set up fee, or will it just be once per device.

Just thought I would get that out there.
