What I assume the conversation in the guys head sounded like today while driving:
"Wow, I am totally stuck behind a single car at this red light. I bet once it turns green I can pass him. It's green GO GO GO!!!!!"
"Yes I passed him and now I can go as fast as I want until I come to that turn 40 meters from here. Oh wait now that light is turning red."
Now looking in his rear view mirror at me at the red light, "Did you see how I passed you and am now the first person at this red light? That means I am the first to go. Awesome, Right?"
