TSA and Apple

It seems to me like this post and accompanying video were meant to be a follow up and let people know that the TSA is taking traveler complaints seriously. What followed were a bunch of comments that critiqued the guy on his grammar, his use of incorrect names for things, and his choice of wardrobe.

He was nice enough and said he couldn't release photos because that decision is made above his pay grade, and even corrected spelling when it was pointed out to him that he was wrong.

People feel too liberated and say whatever they feel like on the internet. Instead of congratulating them on a success, not that I think it is a great success, they ridiculed him for wearing a tie that they found ugly.
