More Cancellation

I have more cancellation news. This time I called Tivo to tell them about my situation. At the time that I purchased Tivo, I couldn't imagine not using it. So, I told them to sign me up for three years. They did as I asked when I got the box and the service.

In my current situation I will not be able to use Tivo, so I called to cancel my service. I had a completely different experience than I hat with AT&T. They immediately congratulated me for a position over seas and told me to call back the day I wanted service to end and they would gladly stop it immediately with no charge.
