You can get fired from your job for blogging. A report now running on Fox News is letting me know that by blogging at work I could get fired. As of yet I can't think of anyone that has ever gotten fired for having a blog. Not only that, but I think Fox News must be the first news outlet to report on the subject.
I am freaking sick of hearing about 1 of 3 people that got fired for doing something stupid with their web site. I don't think this is an epidemic, I think this is a few people who wrote a little bit more than they should have about where they work. And the worst part is that they never use any other examples, they only use dooce.com's heather armstrong.
