I am not sure how to feel about Jon Stewart paying his writers while they are striking. Does anyone else think that they made a decision to strike and should therefore reap the dissatisfaction of not working and not getting paid. If I decided to 'quit' my job or stop working, I would assume also that I would no longer be paid.

Also, I have heard that this story is not correct. That Jon, in fact, is not paying the writers from his shows.
